The Programme

Arrive for Tea at 4.00pm or any time before 7pm on Friday
Depart after lunch on Sunday. The first yoga sessions will begin at 5.30pm on Friday.

4.00 welcome and registration
5.30 Yoga Super and clean up
7.00-8.30 in silent Gongo bath
8.30-9.00 Tea and share.
