Yoga is a physical and mental discipline that originated in ancient India. The word “yoga” comes from the Sanskrit word yuj, which means “to bind together.” Yoga is a practice of self-awareness and self-discovery. It’s about finding your true potential and living life to the fullest. Yoga retreats are designed to help you connect with your inner self, and strengthen your body, mind, and spirit.
