I offer personalized Peace and Calm yoga classes designed for individuals or small groups (2 to 6 people). Each session lasts two hours, ensuring ample time for deepening your practice. These classes are open to all levels, whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced practitioner. My approach to yoga emphasizes a gentle yet effective practice, encouraging students to work within their personal limits while also fostering self-improvement.

Every session is tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each participant, helping them progress at their own pace. The primary goal of Peace and Calm yoga classes is to help you establish a sustainable, safe, and enjoyable practice that supports overall well-being. These classes are designed to foster both physical vitality and mental clarity, enhancing your sense of balance and peace. I primarily teach the Sivananda method, an accessible and gentle introduction to yoga that is particularly well-suited for beginners.

Ashtanga Yoga
