I offer affordable yoga retreats, day sessions, and classes designed to cultivate inner peace and serenity, allowing participants to restore balance and rejuvenate their spirits. I also guide yoga for special communities, including those over 60, young children, expectant mothers, individuals with learning challenges, and mother-and-baby groups. Over the years, I have had the privilege of collaborating with schools, local councils, and governmental bodies to promote wellness and holistic living.
